I have discovered a select number of areas where my approach has a massive positive impact.

Through years of designing and delivering programmes that partner the outdoors, I know the following works amazingly well.

  • Team Development: When you spend multiple days in the company of your team, there is nowhere to hide. Living, cooking and sleeping communally, you properly get to know what makes someone tick.
  • Recruitment & Selection Sessions. You invest significantly in recruiting the best, interviewing them, researching them, getting to know them over dinner (multiple times) – but what are they like after 48-72 hours of being in your company? Slow Coaching sessions are the opportunity to see SLT-calibre candidates as they truly are.
  • 1-2-1 Leadership Coaching. Slow Coaching provides both the physical and psychological space to grow whilst outdoors. Be it one day or a week, this is not a break from work – it is a deep immersion of what work is, what is can be and what it needs to be.

Where we deliver these sessions is decided by you. At yours, mine or somewhere new?

Grantown on Spey and the Cairngorms National Park

Slow Coaching happens outside, and whether it is walking alongside you, sat next to you loch-side, or jumping between stones in Loch Garten. Being based in the Cairngorms National Park provides an amazing place to immerse yourself in the benefits of slowing down.

Yet, it is focussed on delivering growth and results through professional development and wellbeing.

  • Maybe you want distance between you and the workplace to feel properly disconnected to slow down?
  • Maybe you want to spend time away from the hustle of an urban landscape?
  • Maybe you need a change from the walls of the office?

Grantown on Spey is the perfect place to bring yourself and your team to immerse yourself in Slow Coaching.

Your Location

Grantown on Spey is a long way from most places, so sometimes it makes more sense to slow down and get outside where you work.

The beauty and strength of Slow Coaching is that you can do it anywhere – as long as it is outside.

  • Do you have some trees near where you work?
  • Do you have sky above you?
  • Can we find a piece of green space to explore?
  • Does the world around you change when it rains?

If you can answer ‘yes’ to one or more of these questions then let’s get Slow Coaching!
